Kisanshakti Fertilizers and Pesticides Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated on February 11, 2016. Sagar
Chidrawar and Santosh Chidrawar are the promoters of the Company, they hold 50% shares each.
The main object of the company is to carry on the business of manufacturing and processing of
the fertilizers and related products which are used as Inputs in Agriculture sector. The Company
has planned the activity in two phases. In the first phase there will be manufacturing of Single
super phosphate and in the second phase, manufacturing of Triple super phosphate and Phosphoric
acid. In view of that, Company has proposed to establish the manufacturing unit of Single super
phosphate (SSP) which is a rich source of many micro-nutrients – Calcium, Phosphorus,
Sulphur, etc. The Company has commenced the civil structure for the project and till date 40
percent of the construction is completed.

2. Kisanshakti Krushi Udyog Pvt. Ltd:
-This Company was incorporated in the year 1999.
-In the year 2005, the Chidrawar group acquired the plant at Yavatmal from Kinwatkar
group which was under the name of Kinwatkar Krushi Udyog Pvt. Ltd. The unit in
Yavatmal was a Sick unit and Chidrawar group turned it into a profitable unit.
-Now Company deals in manufacturing of NPK fertilizers and also trading of MOP and
other essential NPK fertilizers.
3: Rajlaxmi Agrotech India Pvt. Ltd:
-This Company was incorporated in the year 1995.
-In the year 2008, the group acquired the plant at Jalna from Mandhani group which was
under the name of Balaji Fertilizers. The unit in Jalna was also a Sick unit and
Chidrawar group made it Cash rich unit and now this Company is Flagship
Company of the group
-Company deals in manufacturing and selling of Single Super Phosphate (SSP) and also
trading of goods. Its productions capacity of SSP is 60,000 MT per annum.
Highlights of the Industry:

minimum support price for Agri-inputs consumption by improving the Crop yield.
-Central and State government support towards Micro-irrigation to improve the
efficiency promotes the usage of water-soluble fertilizers.
